It’s not easy trying to stay in style with fall’s latest trends when you live in Miami. The tempertaure is always balmy and there is really no escaping the heat while trying to wear a bomber jacket. So how does a fashion girl beat the subtropical climate while still staying on trend? Two words: colors and patterns!
While we might not be able to wear the heavy black pea coat, we can still finds lightweight pieces with dark hues and patterns. This dress is one of my favorite finds to the overcome the heat in style. The dark fabric and minimalistic pattern are right on season with autumal hues and the longer length takes you from mini summer dresses to chic fall style. I’ve teamed the dress with snake print
booties heels, that are just as comfortable as they are cute, and are right on trend in the fall pattern category. If you live somewhere cooler, this dress is totally made for paring with the season’s best outerwear and boots. I’d go with this moto jacket and these booties!
On a personal note: I’m so excited it’s finally Friday! I have a super exciting weekend ahead in partnership with the Miami Design District. If you live in Miami, then you know this is place to get all your designer goodies. The plaza is home to neighboring designers like Tom Ford, Burberry, Valentino, and my personal favorite Christian Louboutin. The weekend will be filled with exclusive BTS access to new collections including a cocktail hour exclusive to trying on Harry Winston diamonds! Yes HARRY WINSTON! Can you say Pretty Woman moment!?! So make sure to follow the fun on my social media, because you know I’ll be snapping away all weekend long!
love always, Laura B.
