Dubai Miracle Garden | My Dubai Travel Diary

If you think flowers can't grow in the desert, you are right, it's practically impossible to maintain a flower in a dry climate. So imagine the magic of finding yourself surrounded by 100 million flowers in the middle of a desert city. Crazy right? Well, leave it to Dubai to defy all odds once again with the creation of the Dubai Miracle Garden. Opened in 2013, the garden is currently in its fifth season with its doors open from October to April. Each year the garden closes in the summer months to recreate the flower arrangements and design new themes. This year the garden is home to the largest floral sculpture in the world, which shapes an airbus A380 in partnership with Emirates Airline.

Rose Garden Set for the Bateaux Dubai Dinner Cruise

I'm officially back from Dubai and thankfully without any jet lag. Which is crazy weird considering the 16 hour non-stop flight and 8 hour time difference between Miami and Dubai. Anyway, today I'm sharing my first look from my trip, which I actually wore twice! The first time I wore this outfit was to the Bateaux Dubai Dinner Cruise. Although Dubai is considered modern when it comes to dressing in the middle east, the boat staff sent over a dress code that mentioned to dress smart and conservative. So I thought I'd play it safe with a modest, yet fashion forward matching set.

NYAHotel Review and Key West travel tips | Where to Stay, Eat and …

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of road tripping down to Key West and staying at the coolest hotel EVER, NYAHotel. NYAH stands for Not Your Average Hotel, and it definitely lives up to its name. The adults only hotel is a hotel meets hostel concept that allows you to book your stay by bed or room. Let me explain! If you are a solo traveler and don't see the need to book an entire room for yourself, you can book a bed in a shared room. This is the hostel concept of the hotel. What I love about this concept is that solo travelers or travelers on a budget don't have to give up the commodities of a nice hotel.

hello floral one piece swimsuit good bye itty bitty bikini

If you are planning a warm weather getaway, then swimsuits are definitely on your mind. Having just returned from one I know finding the right swimsuit was a priority for me. Thankfully you don't need an itty bitty bikini anymore to look like a complete beach babe. As of lately one piece swimsuits are having a major moment and honestly I couldn't be happier. Now I can rock a one piece without it looking like I'm hiding my problem areas lol, because it is now fashionable to show less! But opting for a more modest swimsuit doesn't mean you can't show off your best assets. One piece suits now come in a variety of skin varying styles like plunging necklines, high leg cuts and sexy cut outs. So if you are trying to keep some bits covered, but still want to look sexy the one piece is a serious winner.
